Gain Clarity
Find your Groove
Create your Path
Have you ever noticed an unexpected stream of information, feelings, insights coming out of you in conversation with another? Holding on for just a moment, noticing the unexpected flood of words or ideas that you didn't know you held within? Appreciating that we always know more than we think. Because thinking isn't enough. By speaking or writing words we create, bring it into existence instead of letting it live and distort in our inner world only. We are creators in life, of life, of our lives. Start creating from clarity and intention.
10 Questions to gain Clarity
Below ten questions I've grown to pick apart, reflect on, dive into once a year over the past 4 years and it is starting to feel like my own version of the annual Billie Eilish interview. Reflecting, looking back, asking why, why and why one more time to get to the core of my answer, essence of what it is that I want to keep in mind, focus on or learn.
Take a screenshot of the below and schedule in two hours of time with yourself or as a group, find pen & paper and make your way through the questions. In writing not in thoughts.
You need:
~1.5-3hrs

To reap the most benefits avoid asking yourself what made me happy and move on - but how can I continue to make time for it? What made me unhappy and how can I do less of this going forward? Dive in, explore, embrace details. What was my best buy this year and why? How do I want to spend my money going forward, what is important to me and either brings me most joy or invests in my goals or life I aim to live?
Nothing is as plain as it may appear at first. Find possibilities, curiosity for yourself and how you aspire to enjoy your time.
