Movement Foundations: Single Sessions
Each Session focuses on a different aspect of an open and full body Movement practice.
Service Description
Immerse yourself and explore the transformational properties of a physical practice that leaves you feeling calmer, stronger and more mindful. Explore the foundations of movement on different planes and levels and how it benefits your body and mind. Playfulness & Individuality encouraged. 6th Oct: -Connect- Foundational Movement Practice - How to warm up and settle into the body through embodied movement practices, longevity exercises and "activating" the body, tuning inwards. Physical Practices to play with Coordination & Mobility exercises and inner practices that allows you to explore your Self in different contexts, Breathwork and mindful movement. 13th Oct: -Explore- Letting you down - Making friends with the floor. Grounding Exercises Movement, Sequences (or improvisation) on all fours / the floor. 20th Oct: -Expand- Lifting you up - Making friends with the unknown, Energising. Dynamic Movement & Sequences such as jumps, rotations and kicks 27th Oct: -Integrate- Integrate Learnings to inform a playful open, full body movement practice. Open to questions and input, recap of any movement or exercises you'd like to do again or do differently. Individual bookings available however to really reap the benefits I recommend committing to the full 4 sessions. Save £10 by booking the 4 session plan instead of individual sessions.
